I-70 Northwest Development Corporation is a tax exempt 501c3 non profit housing development corporation whose primary mission is “to serve low and moderate income families in targeted neighborhoods in the St. Louis metropolitan area.”

I-70 recognizes that shelter is one of the most basic human needs. We provide access to low, moderate and affordable housing as our primary contribution to strengthening families and rebuilding neighborhoods in the city of St. Louis.
